These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coffee Fortune Reading mobile application and website ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

The Service allows users to upload images of coffee cups and saucers to receive interpretations. Interpretations are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute binding advice.

2. Account and Security

• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• We may temporarily suspend accounts in case of suspicious activity.

3. Acceptable Use and Content Rules

Prohibited content:

• Hate speech, discrimination, violent content
• Obscene, pornographic, or sexual content
• Copyright infringement, trademark violation
• Fake identity, identity theft
• Spam, phishing, malicious software
• Illegal activities

Technical restrictions:

• Application may not be reverse engineered
• Automated bots, scripts may not be used
• Excessive usage affecting server performance
• Attempts to exploit security vulnerabilities

4. Fees and Payments

Credit system: The application may offer credit purchase options. Credits can only be used for fortune reading services and are purchased with real money.

Payment providers: Apple App Store and Google Play Store payment systems are used. The terms and refund policies of these platforms apply.

Pricing: All prices are shown including taxes. Prices may be changed without prior notice.

Refund policy: Apple and Google's standard refund policies apply. Direct refund requests from us are not accepted.

Auto-renewal: Subscription services may auto-renew. Cancellation must be done through App Store/Play Store settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service and its content belong to us or our licensors. Users declare that they have the necessary rights to the images they upload.

6. Disclaimer and Content Warning

Entertainment purposes: Interpretations are purely for entertainment and should not influence your real-life decisions. Fortune reading interpretations are not based on scientific grounds and do not constitute predictions.

Health warning: Seek professional help for serious health, financial, or legal matters. The application does not provide advice on these topics.

No warranty: The Service is provided "as is." No guarantee is given for accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Content moderation: Accounts may be suspended or deleted if inappropriate content is detected.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Direct damages are limited to the total amount you paid in the last 12 months, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination

We may immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
